"ส่วนกติกาในการแข่งขัน การส่งผลงานภาพยนตร์สั้นหรือ แอนิมิชั่นเข้าร่วมประกวด แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระดับ คือ ระดับมัธยมศึกษา ระดับอุดมศึกษา และบุคคลทั่วไป โดยมีกติกาการประกวด ดังนี้ ผู้ประสงค์จะสมัครเข้าร่วมการประกวดจะต้องกรอกใบสมัครตามแบบเสนอผลงานที่สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช.กำหนดให้ครบถ้วน การส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดทั้งในระดับมัธยมศึกษา ระดับอุดมศึกษา และบุคคลทั่วไป ผู้เข้าประกวดสามารถส่งผลงานประเภทเดี่ยวหรือประเภททีม ทีมละไม่เกิน 3 คน ในรูปแบบวีดีโอไฟล์ฟอร์แมต mp4 บันทึกลงแผ่น DVD พร้อมเขียนชื่อทีมลงบนแผ่น" นายประทีป กล่าว
