พนักงานที่ไม่มาทำงานและไม่ได้แจ้งเหตุที่ไม่มา เป็นเวลา 3 วันทำงานติดต่อกัน ไม่ว่าจะมีวันหยุดคั่นหรือไม่ก็ตาม โดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร ซึ่งบริษัทฯ ถือว่าพนักงานละทิ้งหน้าที่ หรือในปีหนึ่งขาดงานรวมกันตั้งแต่ 10 วันขึ้นไป จะถูกเลิกจ้างโดยมิได้รับค่าชดเชยตามกฎหมาย
