ระบบ Common Law - ข้อดี คือ เราสามารถมั่นใจได้ว่าคดีของเราสามารถเป็นไปในทางใดโดยเปรียบเทียบจากคำพิพากษาที่มีรูปคดีในเรื่องเดียวกันหรือใกล้เคียงกัน - ข้อเสีย คือ ในกรณีคดีของเราไม่เคยมีคำพิพากษามาก่อน เราจะไม่สามารถหยุดผู้พิพากษาในการสร้างกฏหมายใหม่และนำว่าใช้กับกรณีของเราได้

- the downside is the case, we have never been sentenced before. We can not stop the judges to create new law and that applies to our case.

Common Law System-The advantage is that we can assure you that our lawsuits can be in any way by comparing the judgment with the same case or similar one-the disadvantage is that in our case, there has never been a judgment before. We will not be able to stop the judges in creating new legislation and apply it to our case.

The disadvantage is that, in our case, there is no trial. We cannot stop judges from creating new laws and charging us.
