การปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจร ( Traffic Regulation Practice)

1. ผู้ขับขี่ต้องปฏิบัติตามสัญญาณจราจร หรือเครื่องหมายจราจรที่ปรากฏข้างหน้าในกรณีต่อไปนี้
1.1 สัญญาณจราจรไฟสีเหลืองอำพัน ให้ผู้ขับขี่เตรียมหยุดรถหลังเส้นให้หยุด เพื่อเตรียมปฏิบัติตามสัญญาณที่จะปรากฏต่อไป เว้นแต่ผู้ขับขี่ได้เลยเส้นให้หยุดไปแล้วให้เลยไปได้
1.2 สัญญาณจราจรไฟสีแดง หรือเครื่องหมายจราจรสีแดงที่มีคำว่า “หยุด” ให้ผู้ขับขี่หยุดรถหลังเส้นให้หยุดรถ
1.3 สัญญาณจราจรไฟสีเขียว หรือเครื่องหมายจราจรสีเขียนที่มีคำว่า “ไป” ให้ผู้ขับขี่ขับรถต่อไปได้ เว้นแต่จะมีเครื่องหมายจราจรกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
1.4 สัญญาณจราจรไฟสีแดง แสดงพร้อมกับลูกศรสีเขียวให้เลี้ยวหรือชี้ให้ตรงไป ให้ผู้ขับขี่เลี้ยวรถหรือขับตรงไปได้ตามทิศทางที่ลูกศรชี้ ในการใช้ทางตามที่ลูกศรชี้ ผู้ขับขี่ต้องใช้เส้นทางด้วยความระมัดระวัง และต้องให้สิทธิแก่คนเดินเท้าในทางข้าม หรือผู้ขับขี่ที่มาทางขวาก่อน

1.5 สัญญาณจราจรไฟกะพริบสีแดง ถ้าติดตั้งอยู่ที่ทางร่วมทางแยกใด และเปิดทางด้านใดให้ผู้ขับขี่ที่มาทางด้านนั้นหยุดรถหลังเส้นให้รถหยุด เมื่อเห็นว่าปลอดภัยและไม่เป็นการกีดขวางการจราจรแล้ว จึงให้ขับรถต่อไปได้ด้วยความระมัดระวัง
1.6 สัญญาณจราจรไฟกะพริบสีเหลืองอำพัน ถ้าติดตั้งอยู่ ณ ที่ใด ให้ผู้ขับขี่ลดความเร็วรถลง และผ่านทางเดินรถนั้นไปด้วยความระมัดระวัง ผู้ขับขี่ซึ่งจะขับรถตรงไป ต้องเข้าอยู่ในช่องเดินรถที่มีเครื่องหมายจราจรแสดงให้ตรงไป ส่วนผู้ขับขี่ที่จะเลี้ยวรถ ต้องเข้าอยู่ในช่องเดินรถที่มีเครื่องหมายแสดงให้เลี้ยว การเข้าอยู่ในช่องเดินรถดังกล่าว จะต้องเข้าตั้งแต่เริ่มมีเครื่องหมายแสดงให้ปฏิบัติเช่นนั้น
2. ผู้ขับขี่ต้องปฏิบัติตามสัญญาณจราจรที่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่แสดงให้ปรากฏข้างหน้าในกรณีต่อไปนี้
2.1 เมื่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ยืน และเหยียดแขนซ้ายออกไปเสมอระดับไหล่ ผู้ขับขี่ซึ่งขับรถมาทางด้านหลังของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ต้องหยุดรถ แต่ถ้าหนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ลดแขนข้างที่เหยียดออกไปนั้นลงและโบกมือไปข้างหน้า ให้ผู้ขับขี่ซึ่งหยุดรถอยู่ทางด้านหลังขับรถผ่านไปได้



2.2 เมื่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ยืน และเหยียดแขนข้างใดข้างหนึ่งออกไปเสมอระดับไหล่และตั้งฝ่ามือขึ้น ผู้ขับขี่ซึ่งขับรถมาทางด้านที่เหยียดแขนข้างนั้นของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ต้องหยุดรถ แต่ถ้าพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่พลิกฝ่ามือที่ตั้งอยู่นั้น แล้วโบกผ่านศีรษะไปทางด้านหลัง ให้ผู้ขับขี่ซึ่งหยุดรถอยู่นั้นขับผ่านไปได้
2.3 เมื่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ยืน และเหยียดแขนทั้งสองข้างออกไปเสมอระดับไหล่และตั้งฝ่ามือขึ้น ผู้ขับขี่ซึ่งขับรถมาทางด้านที่เหยียดแขนทั้งสองข้างของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ต้องหยุดรถ
2.4 เมื่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ยืน และยกแขนขวาท่อนล่างตั้งฉากกับแขนท่อนบนและตั้งฝ่ามือขึ้น ผู้ขับขี่ซึ่งขับรถมาทางด้านหน้าของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ต้องหยุดรถ แต่ถ้าพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่พลิกฝ่ามือที่ตั้งอยู่นั้น โบกไปด้านหลัง ให้ผู้ขับขี่ซึ่งหยุดรถทางด้านหน้าของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ขับรถผ่านไปได้

6) บรรทุกหรือถือสิ่งของ หีบห่อ หรือของใดๆในลักษณะที่เป็นการกีดขวางการจับคันบังคับรถหรืออันอาจจะเกิดอันตรายแก่บุคคลหรือทรัพย์สิน
7) เกาะหรือพ่วงรถอื่นที่กำลังแล่นอยู่
