การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนพยาบาลจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีนครราชสีมา กลุ่มประชากรเป็นนักศึกษาพนาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตชั้นปีที่ 1 รุ่นที่ 61 ปีการศึกษา 2558 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีนครราชสีมา 174 คน เทียบกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของ Yamane เท่ากับ 120 คน และป้องกันการสูญหาย 20 คน ได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 140 คน
