เงินลงทุนในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไม่มีการคิดค่าเสื่อมราคา โดยเป็นไปตามหลักการบัญชีที่รับรองทั่วไปในประเทศไทย ผู้จัดการกองทรัสต์จะจัดให้มีการประเมินมูลค่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์เป็นประจำทุกๆ 2 ปี นับแต่วันที่มีการประเมินค่าเพื่อซื้ออสังหาริมทรัพย์ นอกจากนั้นจะจัดให้มีการสอบทานการประเมินค่าทุก 1 ปี นับแต่วันที่มีการประเมินค่าครั้งล่าสุดไปแล้ว ราคาของอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่บันทึกในงบการเงินของทรัสต์ ณ วันที่ 1 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2558 จะมีมูลค่าเท่ากับราคาที่ทรัสต์จะเข้าลงทุนในอสังหาริมทรัพย์
