บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาหลักเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน กองซ่อมใหญ่ (อากาศยานที่ 2) ฝ่ายช่าง บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) และ 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับความสำคัญหลักเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและ กลุ่มงานของพนักงานกองซ่อมใหญ่ (อากาศยานที่ 2) ฝ่ายช่าง บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้แก่ พนักงานกองซ่อมใหญ่ (อากาศยานที่ 2) ฝ่ายช่าง บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 170 คน ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครซี่ และมอแกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 118 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ใช้วิธี การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย โดยการจับสลากจากบัญชีรายชื่อพนักงาน กองซ่อมใหญ่ (อากาศยานที่ 2) ฝ่ายช่าง บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ได้ค่าความเชื่อมันเท่ากับ 0.95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานสถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนด้านเดียว เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างคู่ด้วยวิธีการตรวจสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีแอลเอสดี ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
