My name is arpaporn. Will be in coordinate for defect fix at parklane . I hv got list from k.bi but it will be very helpful if you can send me for a pictures of all defect area which is listed below and symptom of air con so that we can manage

1.the cabinet doors in msbr
2.sliding drawer in master closet
3.ac,
4.toilet tiles
5.sofa seats

I am traveling now so will not be able to send any pics.

1. Worker has taken out the cabinet door so would need it to be fixed and replaces
2. For sliding drawer, I have already told the staff a few times that it is hard to slide out and he mentioned that will need to change the railing for 2 drawers
3. AC in one of the room is not working
4. Last time worker come to fix toilet, there is one tile still missing as they got wrong color so that has to be replaced
5. The sofa seats should be replaced as I have communicated to K Bi before that the seats are not comfortable.

I have already communicated all the above several times so I hope all can be fixed.

Finally, the paint on the wall on first floor backyard is now changing color and this too is something I hope can be addressed. I will try to send the pictures separately.

Can we confirm the date and time of the worker coming?
