ข้อ 12 ผู้ผลิตหรือผู้นำเข้ากาแฟเพื่อจำหน่าย ต้องปฏิบัติตามประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข
ว่าด้วยเรื่อง วิธีการผลิต เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ในการผลิต และการเก็บรักษาอาหาร
ข้อ 13 การใช้ภาชนะบรรจุกาแฟ ให้ปฏิบัติตามประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุขว่าด้วยเรื่อง ภาชนะบรรจุ
ข้อ 14 การแสดงฉลากของกาแฟ ให้ปฏิบัติตามประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุขว่าด้วยเรื่อง ฉลาก
ข้อ 15 ให้ใบสำคัญการขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับอาหาร หรือใบสำคัญการใช้ฉลากอาหารตาม
ประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ฉบับที่ 77 (พ.ศ.2527) เรื่อง กาแฟ ลงวันที่ 13 มกราคม พ.ศ.2527 แก้ไข เพิ่มเติมโดยประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ฉบับที่ 132 (พ.ศ.2533) เรื่อง กาแฟ (ฉบับที่ 2) ลงวันที่ 15 ตุลาคม พ.ศ.2533 และประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข (ฉบับที่ 181) พ.ศ.2540 เรื่อง กาแฟ (ฉบับที่ 3) ลงวันที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ.2540 ซึ่งออกให้ก่อนวันที่ประกาศนี้ใช้บังคับยังคงใช้ต่อไปได้อีกสองปี นับแต่วันที่ประกาศนี้ใช้บังคับ
ข้อ 16 ให้ผู้ผลิต ผู้นำเข้ากาแฟที่ได้รับอนุญาตอยู่ก่อนวันที่ประกาศนี้ใช้บังคับยื่นคำขอรับ
เลขสารบบอาหารภายในหนึ่งปี นับแต่วันที่ประกาศนี้ใช้บังคับ เมื่อยื่นคำขอดังกล่าวแล้วให้ได้รับการผ่อนผันการปฏิบัติตามข้อ 12 ภายในสองปี นับแต่วันที่ประกาศนี้ใช้บังคับ และให้คงใช้ฉลากเดิมที่เหลืออยู่ต่อไปจนกว่าจะหมดแต่ต้องไม่เกินสองปี นับแต่วันที่ประกาศนี้ใช้บังคับ
ข้อ 17 ประกาศนี้ ให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันนับแต่วันถัดจากวัน
ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
