กรณีที่เป็นข้อบกพร่องที่มีผลกระทบต่อระบบคุณภาพหรืองานทดสอบ ให้ผู้จัดฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพ ขอให้มีการปฏิบัติการแก้ไขโดยการออกใบคำขอปฏิบัติการแก้ไขและป้องกัน(CAR) (Form No.QMS-08) แล้วดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน SOP-18 เรื่องการปฏิบัติการแก้ไขและป้องกัน
