สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จึงขอความร่วมมือโรงเรียนที่รับนักเรียนชาวต่างประเทศเข้าศึกษาให้จัดการเรียนการสอนตามที่ได้รับอนุญาต และให้ใช้ความระมัดระวังอย่าางรอบคอบในการออกหนังสือรับรองในการขอรับการตรวจลลงตราประเภท NON-IMMIGRANT รหัส ED ทั้งนี้ การขอหนังสือรับรองดังกล่าวต้องเป็นไปตามประกาศสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนเรื่อง หลักเกณฑ์การยื่นเรื่องเพื่อขอเข้าเรียนในโรงเรียนนอกระบบอย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อเป็นการป้องกันไม่ให้คนต่างด้าวใช้เป็นช่องทางในการอยู่ต่อในราชอาณาจักรเป็นการชั่วคราว โดยเจตนาหรือมีพฤติกรรมแอบแฝงเพื่อกระทำความผิดต่างๆอันอาจส่งผลต่อความมั่นคงแห่งราชอาณาจักร
