การขอปฏิบัติการที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด ในกระบวนการหรือวิธีการปฏิบัติงาน ภายใต้เงื่อนไขการทดลองต่าง ๆ เช่น Validations Protocol หรือ Technical Protocol หรือการทดลองอื่น ๆ ไม่จำเป็นต้องยื่นแบบร้องขอการปฏิบัติการที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด โดยการทดลองต่าง ๆ ที่กล่าวมานี้ต้องได้รับการอนุมัติจาก ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการ ก่อนดำเนินการปฏิบัติ
