จะบอกว่า การคุยกับคนที่เราคุ้นเคยก็คือพ่อแม่หรือเพื่อนเก่าเป็นการเติมส่วนเติมเต็มให้กับความรู้สึกที่มันแปลกๆอยู่ในจิตใจ เมื่อมันมาเติมเต็มความรู้สึกที่ขาดไปนี้ทำให้เรามีแรง มีกำลังใจในการที่จะทำให้เราอยากอยู่กับสิ่งแวดล้อมและสถานที่ใหม่ๆเหล่านี้ได้ และเมื่อเราได้รับส่วนเติมเต็มตรงนี้ทำให้เราเริ่มมีความรู้สึกดีๆกับสถานที่ใหม่ๆมากขึ้น
