5. ผู้นำสหภาพแรงงานต้องเป็นผู้ที่มีความรับผิดชอบและสามารถชี้แจงสถานการณ์ ต่างๆ อย่างเป็นจริง ให้แก่มวลชน สมาชิก โดยไม่ปล่อยให้สมาชิกมีความเข้าใจผิดต่อสถานการณ์ของสถานประกอบการ
