กองทัพบก เผยชาวเนปาล ปลื้มทีมแพทย์ทหารไทย พร้อมขอปาฏิหาริย์เจอเด็กชาย 9 ขวบ เหยื่อแผ่นดินไหวที่ยังหาไม่เจอ


พ.อ.หญิง ศิริจันทร์ งาทอง รองโฆษกกองทัพบก กล่าวว่า ขณะนี้ภารกิจของทีมช่วยเหลือในนามรัฐบาลไทยยังคงปฏิบัติภารกิจทั้งด้านการกู้ภัยการแพทย์ และการผลิตน้ำสะอาด ช่วยเหลือชาวเนปาลที่เดือดร้อนจากแผ่นดินไหวต่อเนื่อง โดยเมื่อวันที่ 2 พ.ค. ที่ผ่านมา ทางศูนย์บรรเทาสาธารณภัยกองทัพบกส่วนหน้า(เนปาล)ได้รับมอบภารกิจจากศูนย์ประสานงานกองทัพนานาชาติ กองบัญชาการกองทัพเนปาล ให้จัดชุดแพทย์เผชิญเหตุเดินทางไปให้การรักษาพยาบาลที่เมือง SINDHUKOT ห่างจากกรุงกาฐมาณฑุไปทางทิศตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือประมาณ 50 กิโลเมตร ใช้เวลาเดินทาง 4.30 ชั่วโมง และเดินเท้าอีก 45 นาที เนื่องจากเป็นถิ่นทุรกันดารและยังไม่มีหน่วยแพทย์ใด ๆ เข้าไปถึงอีกทั้งเส้นทางบางจุดถูกตัดขาด ประกอบกับต้องข้ามภูเขา 3 ลูก จึงใช้เวลานานและลำบากมากกว่าปกติในการเดินทาง

ทั้งนี้ ชุดแพทย์เผชิญเหตุได้เปิดคลินิกเคลื่อนที่ให้การรักษาพยาบาล โดยมีผู้ประสบภัยและชาวบ้าน จำนวน 200 ราย มารับบริการ ส่วนใหญ่มีบาดแผลตามร่างกายจากผลกระทบแผ่นดินไหว และมีผู้ป่วยหนักที่ต้องเข้ารับการรักษาในสถานพยาบาลทันที ชุดแพทย์จึงประสานทางการเนปาลเพื่อส่งตัวให้ไปรักษาต่อไป ทั้งนี้ก่อนเดินทางกลับชุดแพทย์ประเมินว่าชุมชนดังกล่าวน่าจะยังไม่มีหน่วยแพทย์อื่นเข้ามาในเร็ววันนี้ จึงได้มอบยาทั้งหมดที่มีให้กับผู้นำชุมชน พร้อมชี้แจงการใช้อย่างละเอียด สร้างความประทับใจให้กับผู้ประสบภัยเป็นอย่างมาก ส่วนการผลิตน้ำสะอาดนั้น ชุดทหารช่างประปาสนาม ยังคงผลิตน้ำดื่มและน้ำใช้เพื่อสนับสนุนโรงพยาบาลค่ายทหาร และประชาชนในเมืองกาฐมาณฑุอย่างต่อเนื่องเช่นกัน

ด้านพ.อ.อิทธิพล ปิ่นพรหม หัวหน้าส่วนประชาสัมพันธ์ชุดปฏิบัติการช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยแผ่นดินไหวในประเทศเนปาล เปิดเผยว่า เมื่อวันที่ 2 พ.ค. ที่ผ่านมา ทางกองทัพไทย โดยหน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนาได้จัดชุดค้นหาและกู้ภัยเข้าให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบเหตุแผ่นดินไหว โดยการค้นหาประชาชนที่ติดอยู่ที่ซากอาคารถล่มในเมืองซานคู กรุงกาฐมาณฑุ ประเทศเนปาล โดยร่วมประกอบกำลังกับทีมกู้ภัยจากประเทศญี่ปุ่น เม็กซิโก และตุรกี ประสานการปฏิบัติกับกองทัพเนปาล ทั้งนี้ในภารกิจดังกล่าวได้รับแจ้งว่ามีเด็กชายอายุ 9 ปี หายไปในบริเวณหนึ่งของเมือง และยังเป็นคนสุดท้ายที่ยังไม่สามารถค้นเจอ กองทัพไทยจึงได้จัดกำลังพลจำนวน 10 นาย พร้อมยุทโธปกรณ์ประสิทธิภาพสูง เข้าปฏิบัติงานทันที พร้อมความหวังว่าเราจะมีโอกาสพบกับผู้รอดชีวิต แต่การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปด้วยความยากลำบาก เนื่องจากพื้นที่ทั้งเมืองเสียหายหนักมาก ทำให้ยังไม่สามารถค้นหาผู้ประสบภัยได้ ซึ่งเราจะยังคงปฏิบัติงานต่อไป พร้อมความหวังในปาฏิหาริย์ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นอีกครั้ง
