ผ่านกระบวนการพิสูจน์สัญชาติ เพื่อให้มีสถานะเป็นแรงงานที่ถูกกฎหมายและเข้าสู่ระบบประกันสังคม

แต่กลุ่มที่ทำงานในกิจการที่ได้รับการยกเว้นจากประกันสังคม จะใช้ระบบประกันสุขภาพแรงงานต่างด้าวที่ต้องซื้อประกันสุขภาพเป็นรายปีแทน
