เนื่องจาก บริษัท บิน่า พูรี่ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด ซึ่งเป็น “ผู้เช่า” มีการประชุมเจรจาทำข้อตกลงกับ บริษัท บิน่า พูรี่ โฮลดิ้งส์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด ซึ่งเป็น “ผู้ให้เช่า” ในเรื่องการขอยกเลิกค่าเช่าอาคารเป็นเวลา 1 ปี โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่ 1 มีนาคม 2558 ถึง 1 มีนาคม 2559 เป็นต้นไป เนื่องด้วยสภาวะทางการเงินและการดำเนินธุรกิจของ “ผู้เช่า” ซึ่งมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งในการขอยกเลิกค่าเช่าอาคารดังกล่าว
