อีกเหตุผลคือ swimming classes ไม่ได้ใช้พื้นที่สระทั้งหมด เขาจึงเสนอว่า มหาวิทยาลัยจะลด pool hours ลง เขาเสนอว่า มหาวิทยาลัยควรขยายเาช่วงเช้า โดยเปิดตั้งแต่ 7 โมงเช้าแทนที่ 9โมงเช้าในปัจจุบัน นั่นจะทดแทนเวลาที่มหาวิทยาลัยตัดไปในช่วงบ่าย
