ก่อนที่จะประสบความสำเร็จคนเราต้องเคยผิดพลาดมาก่อนเนื่องจากความเสี่ยงจากการทำอะไรบางอย่าง
ข้อดีของความเสี่ยงทำให้คนเรามีความกล้ามากขึ้น กล้าที่จะคิด กล้าที่จะลงมือทำ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความกล้าจากการทำงานที่เราไม่เคยทำมาก่อน ผลที่ได้อาจจะดีหรือไม่ดีแต่เมื่อได้ลงมือทำแล้ว อาจจะมีผลดีตามมาเเละมีความสำเร็จในการทำงานนั้นๆ
