2.พฤติกรรมการใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักศึกษา พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการเลือกใช้บริการบ่อยที่สุดคือ Facebook บ่อยที่สุด รองลงมาใช้บริการ Line โดยความถี่ในการใช้บริการส่วนมากจะมีการใช้ทุกวัน ระยะเวลาในการใช้บริการในแต่ละครั้งจะมากกว่า 4 ชั่วโมงต่อ มีช่วงเวลาในการเข้าใช้บริการระหว่างวันของวันจันทร์- ศุกร์ คือช่วงเวลาก่อนเข้านอนวัน และวันของวันเสาร์ – อาทิตย์ คือช่วงเวลากลางวัน จะใช้บริการเพื่อรับข้อมูลข่าวสาร/ความรู้ รองลงมาเพื่อสนทนา/เชื่อมสัมพันธภาพ ส่วนมากมีค่าใช้จ่ายในการเข้าใช้บริการอยู่ในช่วง 101 – 300 บาทต่อเดือน รองลงมาคือ ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย โดยนิยมใช้บริการผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่
