บริษัทฯ กำหนดให้พนักงานที่มีอายุงาน 1 ปีขึ้นไปสามารถลาพักร้อนได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 8 วัน/ปี โดยบริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์กำหนดวันหยุด 4 วัน/ปี ซึ่งจะมีประกาศให้ทราบปีต่อปี และส่วนที่เหลือพนักงานสามารถเลือกหยุดตามสิทธิ์ที่ได้ นอกจากนี้ บริษัทฯ อนุญาตให้พนักงานที่ผ่านทดลองงานลากิจได้ 4 วัน/ปีปฏิทิน
