เมื่อคุณส่ง PO มาแผนกบัญชี จำเป็นต้องมีการบันทึกวันส่งงานบัญชีไว้ที่ด้านล่าง PO และทางบัญชีจะเซ็นรับทราบ ถือเป็นการสมบูรณ์ PO ไหนที่ไม่มีวันส่งงานที่ชัดเจน จะถือว่าเป็น PO ที่ไม่สมบูรณ์
