เว้นแต่สัญญานี้จะมีเงื่อนไข หรือข้อกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างน้อยเมื่อสัญญาเช่านี้สิ้นสุดลงจะไม่ปลดเปลื้องผู้เช่าจากความรับผิดชอบที่มีอยู่หรืองดเว้นการกระทำใดๆของผู้เช่าในขณะหรือก่อนเวลาสัญญาสิ้นสุดลง หรือก่อนส่งมอบทรัพย์สินที่เช่าคืนผู้ให้เช่า หรือกรณีใดก็ตาม
