ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนที่ขาดแคลนครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ตาก เขต 2 โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (μ= 4.91 ) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมความรู้ทางวิชาการแก่ชุมชนอยู่ในระดับมาก (μ= 4.95 ) รองลงมา ด้านการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก (μ= 4.92 ) ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลและเทียบโอนผลการเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก (μ= 4.90 ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งการเรียนรู้ อยู่ในระดับมาก (μ= 4.89 ) ตามลำดับ
ข้อเสนอแนะการดำเนินงาน คือ ควรวิจัยเรื่องการจัดหาคู่มือ เอกสาร แนวทางการทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา มาบริการแก่ครูเพื่อส่งเสริมให้ครูครูมีความรู้ในการจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ควรวิจัยเรื่องการวางแผนกำหนดระเบียบ แนวทางปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการวัดผล ประเมินผลของโรงเรียนให้เป็นไปตามแนวทางของหลักสูตร ควรวิจัยเรื่องการสำรวจแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการศึกษาและเก็บรวบรวมเป็นฐานข้อมูลให้บริการกับครูผู้สอนและชุมชน ควรวิจัยเรื่องการจัดโครงสร้างองค์กรให้รองรับการจัดระบบการประกันคุณภาพในสถานศึกษา และควรวิจัยเรื่องการวางแผนและสำรวจความต้องการสนับสนุนงานวิชาการแก่ชุมชน
