1.สถานศึกษาจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนโดยให้ผู้เรียนเลือกเรียนกิจกรรมชมรมตามความสนใจโดยแบ่งเป็นระดับชั้น
2.ผู้เรียนที่มีความสนใจในด้านงานแกะสลักลงทะเบียนเพื่อเข้าเรียนชมรม
3.จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ให้เหมาะสมในแต่ละช่วงชั้นให้กับผู้เรียนโดยเริ่มจากการพลิกมีดเป็นการฝึกขั้นพื้นฐาน
4.สังเกตพฤติกรรมการพัฒนาทางด้านทักษะการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อคัดเลือกมาเพิ่มทักษะในการแกะสลักที่ยากขึ้น
5.เมื่อผู้เรียนเกิดทักษะด้านการปฏิบัติงานที่ดีแล้ว จึงพัฒนากระบวนการคิดสร้างสรรค์ผลงานที่ยากขึ้นที่เกิดจากการจินตนาการของผู้เรียน
