เรื่องของอาหาร เป็นเรื่องที่ใกล้ตัวคนเรา ทุกคนต้องกิน แต่ละประเทศก็มีอาหารที่ประชากรกินกันมาตั้งแต่นานมาแล้ว

อาหารบางชนิดก็มีเฉพาะถิ่น อาหารบ้างชนิดก็มีลักษณะที่คล้ายหรือใกล้เคียงกัน ล้วนมาจากการหลั่งไหลและผสมผสานกันของวัฒนธรรม


วันนี้ก็เลยขอยกเรื่องเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมการกิน เป็นวัฒนธรรมการกินของชนชาติในอาเซียน


ก่อนอื่นเลยเราต้องรู้ก่อนว่า จริงๆ แล้วกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียนแบ่งออกเป็น 3 กลุ่ม นั่นคือ 1) กลุ่มลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง ได้แก่ ประเทศพม่า ไทย ลาว กัมพูชา เวียดนาม 2) กลุ่มโซนทางใต้ ได้แก่ ประเทศมาเลเซีย อินโดนีเซีย บรูไน สิงคโปร์ 3) กลุ่มสุดท้ายเป็น ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์
