The MMTCเปิดทำการสอนตามมาตรฐานดังต่อไปนี้ 1.มาตรฐานของสำนักคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษา เพื่อให้ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาได้รับปริญญาบัตร 2. มาตรฐานจัดการสอนตามระเบียบของกรมเจ้าท่าเพื่อให้ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษามีคุณสมบัติในการสอบเพื่อรับใบอนุญาตผู้ทำการบนเรือ และ 3. ได้รับรองมาตรฐานการดำเนินการและการบริการจาก ISO9001-2015

The MMTC open standards-based instruction below.

1. Office of the Higher Education Commission. The graduates received diplomas
2. Management standards taught by the Marine Department so that graduates are qualified to perform the exam to get a license on board, and 3. certification, operation and service of ISO9001. -2015

The MMTC is open to the following standards:

1. The standard of the Office of the Higher Education Commission so that graduates receive a degree 2. The management standards are taught according to the regulations of the Harbor Department so that graduates qualify for the exam to obtain the license on the vessel and 3. Certification of process and service standards from ISO9001-2015.
