เมื่อเข้าห้องเรียนหรือก่อนออกจากห้องเรียน ให้หัวหน้าห้องบอกทำความเคารพนักเรียนทุกคนต้องยืนขึ้นพร้อมกัน นักเรียนทุกคนโค้งคำนับหรือไหว้แล้วกล่าวคำว่า “สวัสดีครับ / ค่ะ” หรือ “ขอบคุณครับ / ค่ะ” (เป็นภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาไทย) ตามลำดับ
