ระหว่าง นาย ณธกฤต เมธาชนารัตน์ อายุ 41 ปี อยู่ที่ 99/12 ถนน รัตนพิศาล ตำบล/แขวง บางพลีใหญ่

อำเภอ/เขต บางพลี จังหวัด สมุทรปราการ ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า“ผู้ให้เช่า” ฝ่ายหนึ่งกับ บริษัท

ข้าวสาร เลิฟเวอร์ จำกัด อยู่ที่ 365/29 ถนน พระสุเมรุ แขวง บวรนิเวศ เขต พระนคร กรุงเทพมหานคร

ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า“ผู้เช่า” อีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง

ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงทำสัญญากันไว้มีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้

ข้อ ๑ ผู้ให้เช่าตกลงให้เช่าและผู้เช่าตกลงรับเช่าบ้านเลขที่ 365/29 ซึ่งอยู่ที่ถนน พระสุเมรุ

ตำบล/แขวง บวรนิเวศ อำเภอ/เขต พระนคร จังหวัด กรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า “ทรัพย์สิน”

มีกำหนดเวลา 3 ปี (สามปี) เพื่อใช้เป็นสำนักงาน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 01 เดือน มกราคม พ.ศ. 2559 ถึงวันที่

31 เดือน ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2561 และผู้เช่ายอมเสียค่าเช่าให้เดือนละ 60,000บาท

(หกหมื่นบาทถ้วน) ผู้เช่ายอมชำระค่าเช่าให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าเป็นการล่วงหน้าไว้ทั้งหมด 6 เดือนเป็นจำนวนเงิน

360,000 (สามแสนหกหมื่นบาทถ้วน)

ข้อ ๒ เพื่อเป็นประกันในการปฏิบัติตามสัญญาเช่า ผู้เช่าตกลงมอบเงินประกันการเช่าจำนวน

60,000 บาท (หกหมื่นบาทถ้วน) ให้แก่ผู้เช่า

และผู้ให้เช่าได้รับเงินจำนวนดังกล่าวไปเรียบร้อยแล้วในวันทำสัญญาฉบับนี้ ถ้าผู้เช่าเช่าครบกำหนดตามสัญญา

ผู้ให้เช่าจะคืนเงินประกันให้หลังจากที่ได้หักเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายหรือค่าเสียหายอย่างใดๆ

อันเกิดขึ้นแก่ทรัพย์สินที่เช่าแล้ว
