การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการใช้สื่อวีเพื่อการเรียนรู้ สำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม2)เพื่อศึกษาการยอมรับและนำไปใช้สื่ออีดีแอลทีวีเพื่อการเรียนรู้ สำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กเครือข่ายสื่ออีดีแอลทีวี40โรงเรียนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบประเมินการประยุกต์ใช้สื่ออีดีแอลทีวีเพื่อการเรียนรู้ และแบบสอบถามการติดตามประเมินผลกิจกรรมค่ายอาสาเพื่อการเรียนรู้สื่ออีดีแอลทีวี สำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม และสถิติที่ใช้คือค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
