ข้อ 18. พนักงานจะไม่ใช้อำนาจหรือกิจการในตำแหน่งหน้าที่ เรียกรับ หรือยอมจะรับประโยชน์ หรือแสวงหาประโยชน์ที่ไม่ควรได้โดยชอบธรรม สำหรับตนเอง หรือผู้อื่นอย่างเด็ดขาด
หากปรากฏว่า ก่อนหรือในวันทำสัญญานี้ พนักงานรู้อยู่แล้วแต่ได้ปกปิดหรือละเว้น ไม่เปิดเผยข้อเท็จจริง หรือได้แถลงข้อความอันเป็นเท็จเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพของพนักงานก็ดี คุณสมบัติของพนักงานก็ดี หรือข้อเท็จจริงอื่นใดเกี่ยวกับตัวพนักงาน ซึ่งหากบริษัทได้ทราบ บริษัทจะไม่จ้างพนักงานเข้าทำงานในกรณีดังกล่าว พนักงานยินยอมให้ถือว่า พนักงานได้กระทำความผิดอย่างร้ายแรง และเมื่อบริษัทได้ทราบความจริงภายหลังไม่ว่าเวลาใด พนักงานยินยอมให้บริษัทเลิกจ้างได้ทันที โดยจะไม่เรียกร้องเงินใดๆ จากบริษัท อย่างเด็ดขาด
พนักงานได้เข้าใจข้อความในสัญญานี้โดยตลอดแล้ว เห็นเป็นการถูกต้อง และยินยอมตามสัญญาจ้างนี้ จึงได้ลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นหลักฐานต่อหน้าพยาน
