ความพึงพอใจ หมายถึง ความรู้สึกที่แต่ละบุคคลแสดงออกถึงความยินดีจากการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์หรือการบริโภคสินค้า ซึ่งคุณค่าหรือประโยชน์ที่ได้รับนั้นเท่ากับหรือสูงกว่าระดับความคาดหวังของคน ๆ นั้น ในทางตรงข้ามถ้าผลจากการใช้สินค้าหรือการได้รับบริการนั้นต่ำกว่าค่าความคาดหวัง บุคคลนั้นย่อมจะเกิดความไม่พอใจ

Customer satisfaction means that individuals expressing pleasure from using the product or consumer goods, where the value or benefit received is equal to or higher than the level of expectations of the other person is, in contrast, if the result of the use of the goods or services received is lower than the value expectations. That person will inevitably arise.
