หากผู้ขายไม่สามารถทำการส่งเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าให้แก่ผู้ซื้อได้ทันกำหนดระยะเวลาในข้อ 5 ยกเว้นกรณีความล่าช้าอันเกิดจากความรับผิดชอบของผู้ซื้อเอง หรือเกิดจากเหตุสุดวิสัย หรือภัยธรรมชาติ

หากผู้ขายไม่สามารถทำการส่งเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าให้แก่ผู้ซื้อได้ทันกำหนดระยะเวลาในข้อ 5 ยกเว้นกรณีความล่าช้าอันเกิดจากความรับผิดชอบของผู้ซื้อเอง Or caused by force majeure. Or natural disaster.
