กรณีกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยที่ได้ให้ไว้กับผู้ซื้อจะหมดอายุลงผู้ขายจะต้องจัดให้มีการประกันภัยใหม่ซึ่งมีเงื่อนไขเหมือนเดิมโดยให้มีระยะเวลาประกันภัยต่อเนื่องกันภายใน 30 (สามสิบ)วันก่อนวันที่กรมธรรม์ประกันภัยฉบับเดิมหมดอายุ
