หากข้อสัญญาใดตามสัญญาฉบับนี้ ไม่สามารถบังคับใช้ได้ให้มีการปรับปรุง ข้อกำหนดดังกล่าวขึ้นใหม่ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับความมุ่งหมายของคู่สัญญา หรือให้ถือว่าข้อสัญญาดังกล่าวนั้นแยกต่างหากออกไปจากสัญญานี้ เพื่อจะไม่เป็นผลกระทบต่อความสมบูรณ์และการบังคับใช้ความข้ออื่น ที่ยังคงใช้ได้อยู่ตามสัญญาฉบับนี้
