ปัญหาน้ำขังเนื่องจากการระบายน้ำไม่ทันในวันที่ฝนตกหนัก ปัญหานี้มักส่งผลกระทบต่อทุกคนไม่ว่าจะเป็นคนเดินเท้าหรือแม้กระทั่งคนที่มียานพาหนะก็ตามซึ่งจะส่งผลเสียในเรื่องสิ่งแวดล้อมการจราจรติดขัด และสำหรับคนเดินเท้าอาจจะทำให้ได้รับเชื้อโรคจากน้ำสกปรกที่ขังอยู่ตามทางเดิน ดังนั้นเราจึงควรที่จะเร่งแก้ปัญหานี้โดยด่วนโดยเริ่มจากที่ตัวเราเองก่อน โดยไม่ทิ้งขยะตามทางเดินตามถนนหรือตามคูระบายน้ำต่างๆ และเมื่อพบเห็นถ้าเราไม่มีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องรีบไปหรือขยะชิ้นนั้นไม่สกปรกนัก เราก็ควรที่จะหยิบไปทิ้งถังขยะให้ถูกที่ถูกทาง
