เจตคติที่มีการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมีทั้งหมด 2 ด้าน ดังนี้ ด้านวิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ ( =3.69, S.D. =0.68 ) และด้านความรู้สึก ( =3.51, S.D. = 0.55 ) ส่วนด้านเนื้อหา อยู่ในระดับไม่แน่ใจ ( = 3.26, S.D.=0.50) ซึ่งมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากแบบสะท้อนผลการจัดการเรียนรู้สำหรับนักเรียน พบว่า ในด้านเนื้อหาโดยส่วนใหญ่ให้ความเห็นว่าได้รับความรู้จากการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ นักเรียนสามรถอ่านเป็นคำๆได้และสามารถสะกดคำได้อย่างถูกต้อง แต่ยังมีนักเรียนบางส่วนที่คิดว่าไม่เข้าใจและไม่ชอบเนื้อหาที่เรียน
