2.ช่างเทคนิคเข้าไปตรวจเช็ค พบว่ามีน้ำหล่อเย็นรั่วออกมาจากบริเวณชิ้นส่วน RE546906 Water Pump จากนั้นช่างเทคนิคจึงทำการสตาร์ทเตรื่องยนต์ แล้วสังเกตการณ์รั่วซึมของน้ำหล่อเย็นอีกครั้ง พบว่ามีน้ำหล่อเย็นรั่วออกมา
3.จากนั้นช่างเทคนิคจึงทำการถอดชิ้นส่วนต่างๆออกจากแทรคเตอร์ เพื่อที่จะทำการถอดชิ้นส่วน RE546906 Water Pump ออกมาภายนอกแล้วตรวจเช็คหาสาเหตุการรั่วซึมของน้ำหล่อเย็น เมื่อสังเกตแล้วพบว่าชิ้นส่วนที่เป็นสาเหตุของการรั่วซึมของน้ำหล่อเย็นคือชิ้นส่วน ที่เป็นซีล เมื่อดูที่ Catalog Part พบว่าชิ้นส่วนนี้ไม่มีจำหน่าย
4.จากนั้นช่างเทคนิคจึงต้องเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วน RE546906 Water Pump และชิ้นส่วน R123417 Gasket ตัวใหม่เข้าแทนที่ตัวเก่าให้ลูกค้า
5.เมื่อทำการประกอบชิ้นส่วนต่างๆเข้าที่เดิมเสร็จแล้ว จึงทำการเติมน้ำหล่อเย็น TY26575 COOL GARD เข้าไปในระบบหล่อเย็นเพื่อให้ได้ระดับตามมาตรฐาน
6.จากนั้นจึงทำการสตาร์ทเครื่องยนต์ เพื่อทดสอบการทำงานและสังเกตการณ์รั่วซึมของน้ำหล่อเย็น พบว่าไม่มีการรั่วซึมอีกแล้ว
