วัดพระธาตุผาแก้ว ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อ ปีพ.ศ.2547 ในนาม”พุทธธรรมสถาน
ผาซ่อนแก้ว” ได้รับการอนุมัติจัดตั้งเป็นวัดในมงคลนามว่า”วัดพระธาตุผาซ่อนแก้ว”
เมื่อวันที่ 1 ก.ค. 2553 จากคณะกรรมการมหาเถรสมาคมโดยมี “พระครูสังฆรักษ์ ปารมี สุรยุทโธ” เป็นเจ้าอาวาส
วัดพระธาตุผาซ่อนแก้ว ตั้งอยู่ในชัยภูมิธรรม ณ.บริเวณเนินเขาในหมู่บ้านทางแดง
ต.แคมป์สน อ.เขาค้อ จ.เพชรบูรณ์โดย คุณภาวิณี และ คุณอุไร โชติกูล ได้มีจิตศรัทธา
