มาตรา ๔๑ ผู้ใดไม่มาให้ถ้อยคำหรือไม่

มาตรา ๔๑ ผู้ใดไม่มาให้ถ้อยคำหรือไม่ส่งเอกสารหรือวัตถุใด ๆ ตามที่คณะกรรมการสั่งตามมาตรา ๑๔ วรรคหนึ่ง หรือตามที่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่สั่งตามมาตรา ๓๐ (๔) ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินสามพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
มาตรา ๔๒ ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๑๕ วรรคหนึ่ง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

มาตรา ๔๓ ผู้รับใบอนุญาตผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในใบอนุญาต ตามมาตรา ๑๕ วรรคสอง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

มาตรา ๔๔ ผู้รับใบอนุญาตผู้ใดไม่แจ้งสถานที่เก็บยุทธภัณฑ์ตามมาตรา ๑๙ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหกพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

มาตรา ๔๕ ผู้รับใบอนุญาตผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามที่ปลัดกระทรวงกลาโหมสั่งตามมาตรา ๑๙ หรือมาตรา ๒๙ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

มาตรา ๔๖ ผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๒๑ วรรคหนึ่ง หรือมาตรา ๒๕ วรรคหนึ่ง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสามหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

มาตรา ๔๗ ผู้รับใบอนุญาตผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๒๔ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินสามพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

มาตรา ๔๘ ผู้รับใบอนุญาตผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๒๘ วรรคหนึ่ง ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท

มาตรา ๔๙ ผู้ใดขัดขวางหรือไม่อำนวยความสะดวกแก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ซึ่งปฏิบัติการตามมาตรา ๓๐ (๑) (๒) หรือ (๓) ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหกพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

มาตรา ๕๐ ผู้ใดกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๔๒ และการกระทำความผิดนั้นเป็นส่วนของแผนการเพื่อเป็นกบฏตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงยี่สิบปี
