สำหรับงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมอาหารแปรรูปโดยใช้วิธีการ Fuzzy FMEA ยังไม่มีผู้ศึกษา อาจเนื่องมาจากเป็นปัญหาที่มีความละเอียดอ่อน และมีการเกิด defect ค่อนข้างสูง ดังนั้นในการศึกษาวิจัยนี้ ผู้วิจัยจึงมีความสนใจที่จะศึกษากระบวนการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารแปรรูป กรณีศึกษาคือ ผลิตภัณฑ์ไก่ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบและข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นของผลิตภัณฑ์ เนื่องจากในกระบวนการผลิตย่อมมี defect ที่เกิดขึ้นภายในกระบวนการผลิตเป็นจำนวนมาก และมีสาเหตุมาจากหลายปัจจัย ได้แก่ วัตถุดิบ คน เครื่องจักร และกระบวนการบริหารจัดการ เป็นต้น ส่งผลทำให้เกิดต้นทุนในการผลิตที่สูงขึ้นในภาคอุตสาหกรรม
ดังนั้นในงานวิจัยนี้จึงนำ Fuzzy logic มาประยุกต์ใช้กับ FMEA เพื่อหาข้อผิดพลาดและสาเหตุของกระบวนการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารแปรรูป to find a priority ranking of failure modes according to the risk factors in FMEA and evaluate the risk factor S, O, and D. Therefore, the new priority model based on fuzzy sets theory is proposed to manage the risk evaluation problems in FMEA.

For his research on the food-processing industry by means of Fuzzy FMEA yet characterized. Probably because of a problem with a delicate and somewhat higher birth defect, so in this study. We are particularly interested in the education process in the food processing industry is a case study of chicken products with the aim to study the effects and errors occurring product.
