การ Upgrade ระบบ Oracle ERP จาก Version 11i เป็น Version R12 การปรับปรุงเอกสาร Detail Design และเอกสารการใช้งานระบบ User Manual และทดสอบรายงานที่ย้ายมายังระบบ R12สามารถจัดทำเอกสาร Detail Design และเอกสารการใช้งานระบบ User Manual ได้ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า ลูกค้าสามารถทราบถึงขั้นตอนการทำงาน และการใช้งานระบบ ขั้นตอนการทำ Transaction ในแต่ละ Process ใน Module FA และ Module GL ได้ และสามารถดูเอกสารการใช้งานระบบ ประกอบการใช้งาน และจากการทดสอบรายงาน ทำให้ทราบถึงผลการเปรียบเทียบว่า รายงานมีความถูกต้องเมื่อมีการย้ายมายังระบบ R12 แสดงผลลัพธ์ที่ถูกต้อง ตรงกับการทำ Transaction และทราบถึงรายงานที่มีข้อผิดพลาดและดำเนินการแก้ไขก่อนการส่งมอบ
การทดสอบระบบโดยการทำ Transaction ตาม Process การทำงานของลูกค้า ใน Module OM,AR,BOM,WIP เพื่อตรวจสอบว่ามีข้อผิดพลาดเกิดขึ้นหรือไม่ ก่อนส่งมอบให้ลูกค้าและจัดทำเอกสาร Test Script ทำให้ทราบผลการทำงานของระบบ ข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นเพื่อทำการแก้ไขต่อไป และการทดสอบ Performance Report เพื่อทราบระยะเวลาในการประมวลผล หลังจากการทดสอบทำให้ทราบถึงเงื่อนไขในการทดสอบและระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการประมวลผล ผลลัพธ์ของรายงาน และความผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อทำการแก้ไขต่อไป
