การลาป่วย พนักงานหรือญาติของพนักงานต้องแจ้งฝ่ายบุคคล หรือผู้บังคับบัญชาของตนเพื่อทราบโดยเร็วที่สุด ซึ่งโดยปกติแล้วจะต้องกระทำภายใน 09.00น. ของเวลาทำงานปกติ และ/หรือ ต้องยื่นใบลาต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาโดยตรงของตนในวันแรกที่กลับเข้ามาทำงาน
