รับเลขสารบบอาหารภายในหนึ่งปี
นับแต่วันที่ประกาศนี้ใช้บังคับ
เมื่อยื่นคำขอ
ดังกล่าวแล้ว
ให้ได้รับการผ่อนผัน
การปฏิบัติตามข้อ 12 ภายในสองปี นับแต่วันที่ประกาศนี้ใช้บังคับ และให้คงใช้ฉลากเดิมที่เหลืออยู่ต่อไปจนกว่าจะหมดแต่ต้องไม่เกินสองปี นับแต่วันที่ประกาศนี้ใช้บังคับ
ข้อ 17 ประกาศนี้ ให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันนับแต่วันถัดจากวัน
ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
