1. พนักงานที่มีสิทธิได้รับสวัสดิการกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ คือพนักงานที่ผ่านทดลองงานแล้ว ยกเว้นพนักงานที่มีสิทธิรับเงินช่วยเหลือเมื่อออกจากงาน และเงินช่วยเหลือเกษียณอายุตามที่ระบุไว้ในระเบียบเดิม พ.ศ. 2553
