บริษัทแคลพสัน โฮเต็ล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ได้เปิดทำการตั้งแต่ปี 2556 เป็นเวลา 3 ปี ซึ่งที่ผ่านมาจากผลประกอบการที่ยังไม่ได้ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน ทำให้พนักงานยังไม่เคยได้รับเงินโบนัสจากบริษัท จนปี 2559 ผลประกอบการของบริษัทเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ของบริษัทตามงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้ ทางผู้บริหารของแคลพสัน โฮเต็ล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จึงเห็นสมควรว่าเพื่อสร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้กับพนักงาน เพื่อให้พนักงานมีความรักความผูกพันในองค์กร และปรารถนาที่จะให้พนักงานทำงานอย่างซื่อสัตย์และมีความสุขในองค์กรต่อไป
จึงขออนุมัติเงินโบนัสให้กับพนักงานของบริษัท โดยพนักงานที่จะได้รับเงินโบนัส ต้องมีเกณฑ์ดังต่อไปนี้
1. พนักงานมีอายุงาน 1 ปีขึ้นไป และเป็นพนักงานประจำ
2. พนักงานที่มีอายุงานไม่ถึง 1 ปี ต้องผ่านการทดลองงานแล้ว และโบนัสจะถูกคำนวณตามสัดส่วนนับตั้งแต่วันเริ่มงานจนถึงสิ้นปีในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2559
