น้ำตกห้วยแม่ขมิ้น หนึ่งในน้ำตกที่ติดอันดับความสวยงามและเป็นที่รู้จักของนักท่องเที่ยวจำนวนมาก ตั้งอยู่บริเวณอุทยานแห่งชาติเขื่อนศรีนครินทร์ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ห่างจากอำเภอเมือง 108 กิโลเมตร น้ำตกห้วยแม่ขมิ้นมีความสวยงามเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ทั่วบริเวณร่มรื่นด้วยต้นไม้ป่านานาชนิด น้ำตกไหลมาจากต้นน้ำของเทือกเขากะลา ซึ่งเป็นป่าดิบเขาแล้งทางทิศตะวันออกของอุทยานฯ และไหลลงสู่อ่างเก็บน้ำเขื่อนศรีนครินทร์

โดยน้ำตกแบ่งออกเป็น 7 ชั้น มีชื่อเรียกต่าง ๆ กันไปแต่ละชั้น เช่น ชั้นที่ 1 ดงว่าน, ชั้นที่ 2 ม่านขมิ้น, ชั้นที่ 3 วังหน้าผา, ชั้นที่ 4 ฉัตรแก้ว, ชั้นที่ 5 ไหลจนหลง, ชั้นที่ 6 ดงผีเสื้อ และชั้นที่ 7 ร่มเกล้า แต่ละชั้นมีความสูงและความสวยงามต่างกันไป ทางอุทยานฯ ได้ทำเส้นทางเดินสำหรับขึ้นไปชมน้ำตกแต่ละชั้นและยังเป็นเส้นทางเดินศึกษาธรรมชาติ สามารถเที่ยวชมได้ตลอดทั้งปี
