กรรมการผู้จัดการ หรือ ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการ จะต้องลงนามรับรอง Advisory Notice ก่อนจัดส่ง ผู้จัดการฝ่ายการตลาดที่เกี่ยวข้อง รับผิดชอบในการแจกจ่าย จัดส่ง Advisory Notice ผ่านสื่อถึงผู้แทนจำหน่ายในประเทศนั้น ๆ ผู้จัดการฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพ รับผิดชอบในการส่งสำเนาของ Advisory Notice ให้ Notify Body และตัดสินใจว่าควรส่งให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่นหรือไม่

Responsible for sending a copy of Advisory Notice Notify Body and decided that it should be submitted to the relevant authorities or not.
