ข้อ 5. กรณีเกิดวินาศภัยแก่ทรัพย์สินที่เช่าซื้อ

ข้อ 6. ความรับผิดกรณีดัดแปลงทรัพย์สินที่เช่าซื้อ
ถ้าผู้เช่าซื้อทำการดัดแปลง ต่อเติมทรัพย์สินที่เช่าซื้อ โดยมิได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากเจ้าของ เมื่อเจ้าของเรียกร้อง ผู้เช่าซื้อยินยอมทำให้ทรัพย์สินนั้นกลับคืนสู่สภาพเดิม และยอมรับผิดในความสูญหาย เสียหาย ชำรุด บุบสลายอันเกิดแต่การนั้น และไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ผู้เช่าซื้อยอมให้สิ่งที่นำเข้ามาดัดแปลง ต่อเติม ติดหรือตั้งอยู่ในตัวทรัพย์สินที่เช่าซื้อนี้ ตกเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของตัวทรัพย์สินที่เช่าซื้อและเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของเจ้าของด้วย โดยผู้เช่าซื้อจะไม่เรียกร้องค่าใช้จ่ายและสิ่งของนั้น ๆ จากเจ้าของ และถ้าการดัดแปลง ต่อเติม หรือติดตั้งนั้นเป็นเหตุให้ต้องถูกเรียกเก็บภาษีอากรเพิ่มขึ้น ผู้เช่าซื้อยอมชำระภาษีนั้นโดยตรงฝ่ายเดียว และถ้าเจ้าของได้ชำระไปเท่าใดผู้เช่าซื้อยินยอมชดใช้คืนให้จนครบ
ข้อ 7. การเสียดอกเบี้ยกรณีผิดนัด
ถ้าผู้เช่าซื้อผิดนัดค่าเช่าซื้องวดหนึ่งงวดใดหรือผู้เช่าซื้อต้องชำระเงินใด ๆ แก่เจ้าของตามสัญญาไม่ว่าประการหนึ่งประการใด หรือผู้เช่าซื้อจะต้องชดใช้ค่าเสียหายอันเกิดจากการผิดสัญญาไม่ว่ากรณีใดผู้เช่าซื้อยอมเสียดอกเบี้ยสำหรับเงินที่ค้างชำระและหรือค่าเสียหายนับแต่วันผิดนัดเป็นต้นไป ในอัตราร้อยละ 15 ต่อปี และยอมเสียค่าติดตาม ทวงถามเรียกเก็บนั้น ให้แก่เจ้าของอีกโสดหนึ่งด้วย
