          สำหรับการลงทุนในโครงการสร้างดาต้า เซ็นเตอร์ของรัฐบาล คาดว่าจะใช้เงินราว 3 หมื่นล้านบาท เพื่อสร้างดาต้า เซ็นเตอร์ 40 ศูนย์ ทั้งนี้บริษัทเอกชนที่เข้าร่วมลงทุนในโครงการดังกล่าวและมีการสร้างดาต้า เซ็นเตอร์ขั้นต่ำขนาด 2,000 ตารางเมตร จะได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษีจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (บีโอไอ) เป็นระยะเวลา 8 ปี รวมถึงค่าไฟฟ้าในอัตราที่จูงใจต่อการลงทุนด้วย
